History
As one of the few Kumori that can hold his own against a Oneiroi, Sevino is occasionally called back by the OAS in to handle any problems related to them.
Notes
The only requirement keeping Sevino from LV.4 is that he can't project a physical shield another other person--the ability that divides the two ranks.
Sevino's nickname comes from his unnatural eye color and his ability to survive one on one fights with Ferals.
